For Refunds following cancellation, please see vi) REFUNDS below.
1) ON CANCELLATION
You are entitled to a full refund of the goods, including the cost of basic delivery in the U.K., within 14 days of our receiving the goods back.
If you have handled the goods to a greater extent than is reasonable, or have used them, then we are entitled to compensation for that reduction in value up to the full contract price.
2) OTHER REFUNDS
onlineequine.co.uk will provide a full refund if goods delivered are different to those ordered and are not required, or if the carrier fails to deliver the goods due to their own failings or loss of the shipment, or if goods have been damaged in transit (see iv) above, or see (i) above.
If incorrect or damaged goods are delivered, we will ask for them to be returned, at our expense, prior to the refund being issued.
All refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of the agreement to refund.
Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to your card; payments by cheque, postal order or money order by cheque; bank transfers to your bank.
We will accept goods returned for exchange for a different size/colour etc. provided that the product is returned in as new condition. Shipping costs for the return to us and re-shipment to you will be at your expense.
The new size / colour etc. will not be shipped until the original has been received back by us, unless a second payment is made. This will be refunded if/when the original goods are received by us.
If goods are being purchased outside the UK, any duty and other taxes payable on the goods are the responsibility of you the customer. Failure to pay the Duty and taxes will result in the goods being returned to onlineequine, and if the goods are still required the postage will need to be paid again in full.
