We aim to maintain ongoing stock of all items listed on OnlineEquine.co.uk, but if, on occasion, we have sold out and are waiting for new stock to come in, we will contact you if we expect there to be any significant delay.
We normally use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour delivery for weights up to 1 kg; above that we use the carrier that provides the most efficient and best value service for the weight of the parcel and destination. Delivery time 3-5 working days. Delivery charges are calculated at cost.
Please be aware that from January 1st 2021 there may be a delay in sending parcels to the EU due to the new regulations. We will endeavor to get items sent as soon as we can and will notify customers on any delays.
Ordering from outside of the UK
Due to the changes on the 1st of January all orders sent out countries outside off the UK will no longer be charged the 20% VAT. This means you the customer will be liable to pay the customs and duty fees once the goods arrive in your country.
The customer is responsible for making sure all the contact details on the order form are correct at the time of placing an order, this is to ensure the Customs and duty office can contact you to pay the customs and duty fees.
Failure to pay the Customs and duty fees will result in your order being returned to Atlantic Equine Ltd, Online Equine or AE Bovine. This will incur a returns cost which you the customer will be liable to pay.
If the goods are returned and you wish for these to be re-sent, a delivery charge along with the return charges will need to be paid before the goods are dispatched.
Failure to contact us within 7 days of the parcel being return, will result in your goods being refunded, minus the charges incurred from the courier returning your goods due to failure to pay the customs and duty. This will be made clear to you via email.
If you select an item/s with free shipping and subsequently return the item for refund, you will credited minus the cost of sending out your item/s.
To see how much delivery will be for your order, just select the products you are looking for, click ‘Add to Basket’ and then ‘Check Out Now’. and go to your basket. Adjust the drop-down menu to your own shipping destination and you will see the delivery cost of your order. This is all before you have entered any card or personal details or confirmed your order.
If you have any instructions for the carrier – i.e. if you will not be in and would like the parcel left in a safe place, or if you are in a hard to find location - please add a note with your instructions to your order (30 characters max.)
We can normally track your order and provide information as to the carrier and expected time of delivery; some carriers will send you a text message with information on expected time of delivery.
You can, of course, also collect your order from our warehouse in Daventry, Northamptonshire NN11 4SD if you wish. If you have paid any delivery charges, they will be refunded in full.
